We come from cinema and visual effects, a world where an image is never neutral: it tells, sets an atmosphere, triggers an emotion.
Looking at prestige listings, we saw a striking gap: multi-million properties shown through flat, intentionless images. Where cinema refines every shot in post-production, the listing settled for a plain record.
Videndi was born from that impulse: to apply our post-production craft, image assembly, light, colour grading, visual effects, to real-estate imagery. The tools, generative AI included, are just infrastructure; we direct them to keep full control of the image. We start from your photos; and if needed, we can shoot them too. Always without lying about what the property is.
Videndi comes from the Latin videre, “to see.” It is the gerund, “of what is to be seen.” Our craft lives in that word: to make a property truly seen, to reveal what an ordinary photo leaves in shadow.
We elevate, we never fabricate. The one owned exception: virtual projection (furniture, staging), always disclosed. Every image stays credible at the viewing; originals are supplied.
